  4. When you took that explosive sprint up the turf how do you stretch your thighs ? I went to do some cardio the other day and well I had that old injury pretty much like a old pull on my thigh. Wich I've been having it for years and when I try to sprint I still feel the pull there but I'm not hurt just need to know how to get a good strech or some opinions
